Begin again!

Week 2 and there is a lesson here. Sometimes you have to have a re-do. Last week's weight was not correct. Had I not made this commitment, it's possible this could have all derailed already. I want things to only go my way. By my way, I mean rapid weight loss and I weigh in every week with progress and it's all easy. The truth is, if that's the way it works, I would not be where I am now. Life has challenges that create growth. How I react and what I take away from it is 100% up to me. So, I decided that this is a fresh start. 1 week is small in the grand scheme of things. I'm not giving up on myself. 💜
