I am feeling so good and not down or like I am deprived because I have changed my lifestyle. I am living a life with joy and not making weight loss a death sentence. I am making great choices for myself and not beating myself up over 1 celebration. Life is too short to exclude yourself from happiness
I share in this video that I have been testing intermittent fasting this week and used gum as a tool. I just want to repeat that using gum as a food replacement and starving is NOT what I am doing. If you typically eat at a certain time every day, perhaps you are not really hungry and it's a false signal because your brain love habits. Gum can be a great way to test if you are REALLY hungry or not.
